Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of the Repairs and Voids contract.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and contract documentation.
- Liaise daily with customers, trade operatives, contractors, and managers.
- Monitor and update work schedules, job statuses, and performance information.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with data management, reporting, and IT-based administrative tasks.
- Support contract compliance and operational performance activities
