An experienced motor trade Used Car Sales Manager is required for a franchised dealership on Merseyside, part of a well established group.The successful candidate must have a background in the franchised motor industry as a Sales Manager, with the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as recruit, train and motivate a large and very professional sales team. The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.
This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding candidate with the drive to succeed, to join a highly respected motor group. The basic salary on offer is circa £40000 and the OTE is £70000, plus company car, pension and many other group benefits.
