Role Summary: The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-manager with commercial fashion retail experience. Speed and accuracy of decision making is key, so history working in a fast-paced commercial business is critical. This role will suit someone capable of managing project work whilst also running the day-to-day demands of a busy department. What You'll Be Doing: Drive and maintain departmental standards, ensuring all garments excel in fit, performance, and customer satisfaction while strictly adhering to global legislation. Take full ownership of assigned product classes. Conduct live model fittings and execute deep technical, investigative work to deliver flawless products. Effectively communicate with our global supply chain, manage factory bases (supporting ethical compliance), and contribute insights to our overarching sourcing strategy. Analyse and approve fabric/garment test reports, monitor quality control, and deep dive into product returns to implement corrective actions. Partner closely with Buying, Design, and internal technical teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across the EU and North America. What You'll Need: Deep knowledge of fabric, garment construction, measuring, and multi-product manufacturing. Strong technical drawing and pattern-cutting skills are essential (experience with 3D pattern-cutting tools is a great bonus). A proven history of making smart, prompt, and flexible commercial decisions under pressure. An exceptional self-manager who builds strong, collaborative relationships across global borders.
