Support Time Recovery Worker | Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust
We are seeking a Support Time Recovery Worker to join our busy team at Britton House Gillingham
• Deliver recovery-focused mental health interventions.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of therapeutic groups and interventions for clients and carers.
• Assist with physical health monitoring.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
