Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant - Stoke-on-Trent
- Basic up to £30k - depending on experience
- Excellent commission scheme with OTE £60k-70k+
- Primary or SEN desk

Due to their continued expansion, there is now a vacancy in their Stoke-on-Trent branch for a further Recruitment Consultant. You will have experience within Education recruitment preferably within Primary or SEN Education.
The ideal candidate will be:
- proactive and ambitious
- a self-starter
- an excellent communicator
- responsible and professional
This is a company that has very low staff turnover as they treat their staff well. They do not micro-manage and are not obsessive about KPIs and numbers of sales calls! Consultants are treated 'as adults' and are actively encouraged to bring new ideas to the business.
