Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role? A high-performing secondary school in Sheffield is seeking a School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR, operations and compliance starting January 2026 .
About the Role:
This senior position includes financial planning, HR management, site and operations oversight, health & safety compliance, contract and procurement management and leading administrative teams. You will work closely with the Headteacher to support whole-school improvement.
About the School:
The school is known for excellent behaviour, strong academic results and a highly professional environment. Their operations and finance departments operate efficiently and collaboratively, offering strong support to new staff.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a School Business Manager or similar operational leadership role
• Has strong finance, HR and operations experience
• Can build effective systems and lead teams confidently
• Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills
• Works strategically and calmly under pressure
