efficiency, client adoption, and scalable growth.Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop a team, driving performance through coaching, goal-setting, and alignment with RBC's vision.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveHold a Level 4 CII/CISI certification (with FP & Advice paper) as a minimum, with progress toward Level 6 CII or Chartered Wealth Manager (CISI Level 7) preferred.Demonstrated track record as a successful Wealth Manager / Financial Planner, navigating complex advice areas (e.g., tax, estate planning) with integrity and precision.Exceptional communication skills, market insight, and trust-building abilities to become clients' go-to advisor.Nice-to-haveExperience in people management is a plus, though not required.
