Clinicians Required – GP Surgery, Aylesbury (Outside IR35)
We are currently seeking experienced clinicians to support a well-established GP surgery in the Aylesbury area. This opportunity offers flexibility, excellent working conditions, and competitive rates of pay.
The role falls outside IR35, allowing clinicians to work through their Ltd Companies if preferred.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients through on-the-day appointments, dealing with a range of acute and minor illness presentations. The position may also involve occasional home visits when required, supporting continuity of care for housebound patients.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive primary care team that values collaboration and patient-centred practice. Full induction and support will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

- Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
- Shift Times: 09:00 – 18:00
- Availability: Ad-hoc shifts available throughout November and December, with further opportunities extending into the New Year
- Engagement Type: Outside IR35 (Ltd Company or PAYE options available)
- System: EMIS
Essential Criteria
- Proficient user of EMIS clinical system
- Previous experience working within GP surgeries or primary care settings
- Minor Illness qualification (minimum Level 6)
- Independent Prescriber (V300) qualification
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities
