Aftersales Manager 📍 Oxford 💰 £40,000 Basic- £60,000 Salary + Bonus/OTE 🕒 Monday – Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on automotive professional looking to lead a high-performing aftersales department within a well-established business. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operation of the Service, Parts and Workshop departments
- Driving profitability and departmental performance
- Managing and motivating the aftersales team
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity and efficiency levels
- Maintaining manufacturer and company standards
- Supporting training and development across the department
- Previous Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience within the motor trade
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercially driven with a focus on customer service
- Ability to manage performance and drive results
- Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
- £40,000 – £60,000 Basic Salary
