✔️ Significant experience in contentious IT/technology matters – including complex contract disputes, outsourcing conflicts, software/IP litigation, and emerging tech issues ✔️ A strong following or proven track record acting as trusted adviser to tech businesses ✔️ The ability to lead in the boardroom, courtroom, or arbitration room ✔️ A collaborative mindset and drive to help grow a practice
