Job summary
The post holder will support PCC in the implementation of the education, training and development strategy across the CSU for all staff groups. The post holder will ensure the facilitation of planned education and training programmes for our expanding team to ensure a competent and confident nursing workforce, able to meet service needs. S/he will contribute to the improvement of the quality of care through staff education, support and development. This will be achieved by teaching and supporting colleagues, demonstration of effective leadership, role modelling and participation in audit and research. In conjunction with the PCC, EDP and Matron the post holder will ensure that the workforce is fit for purpose in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude. Main duties of the job

The post holder will work within the RMCH PCC Education team and will provide high quality educational support to our registered and non-registered workforce including our new starters.
