Registered Manager – Nursing Care Home
Location: Aberdeen area, Aberdeenshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week Full-Time, Permanent
- Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
- Oversee regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and quality assurance
- Manage occupancy, staffing, and operational performance
- Lead and develop the nursing and care team
- NMC registered Nurse with an active PIN (essential)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
- Local to the area
- Sponsorship not available
- Up to £50,000 per annum
- 35-hour week, flexible across 5 days
- Autonomy and supportive ownership
