Registered Manager – Nursing Care Home
Location: Aberdeen area, Aberdeenshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week Full-Time, Permanent

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Care Home.

The Role

Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
Oversee regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and quality assurance
Manage occupancy, staffing, and operational performance
Lead and develop the nursing and care team

Requirements

NMC registered Nurse with an active PIN (essential)
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home
Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
Local to the area
Sponsorship not available
