- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing across multiple European countries.
- Prepare, validate, and upload payroll data, including salary changes, bonuses, benefits, commissions, and expenses.
- Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and payslips to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries and discrepancies with employees, managers, and external payroll providers.
- Produce payroll reporting and management information to support business decision-making.
- Support time and attendance administration and payroll approvals.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support recruitment administration.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while supporting employee relations matters.
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives across European locations.
