What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive Child and Family Assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and their families.
Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to safeguard children and support family resilience.
Manage a varied caseload, including Children in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Engage in public and private care proceedings, providing expert assessments and reports to inform court decision-making.
Collaborate with targeted and intensive family support teams, as well as the Family Group Conference Service to deliver holistic support to families.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and work closely with professionals across the Local Authority to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
