Autism Support Worker - Primary SEN School - Lewisham A warm, nurturing primary SEN school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated Autism Support Worker to support young learners in a structured and supportive environment. You'll help create a safe, engaging, and structured environment where children can build confidence, develop key skills, and enjoy learning. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each child Delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities Supporting communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation Encouraging independence and early life skills development Helping maintain a positive, consistent, and nurturing classroom environment Who We're Looking for someone who: Has experience with, or a strong interest in, supporting children with autism Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children Can build strong, trusting relationships with primary-aged pupils Works well both independently and as part of a team Is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs About the School This welcoming primary SEN school in Lewisham supports children with a range of complex needs.
