Duties and responsibilities
This is a rewarding where you'll support older people and adults to live well, stay independent and get the most out of everyday life. It's about much more than completing tasks. You'll build relationships, provide practical support and companionship, and help the people we support continue doing the things that matter to them.
Skills and experience
You don't need years of experience, but some relevant experience is essential. This could include experience in:
- Care or support work
- Working with older people or adults with additional needs
- Education, childcare or support s
- Volunteering
- Another people-focused
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, patient and genuinely interested in supporting others.
You'll also need to be a female driver with your own vehicle.
