Overview of the company

Our client is a growing IT business offering managed IT Services across NI and UK, they are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their sales team.

This is a warm sales role focused on contacting existing business customers-there is no cold calling. You will build relationships, understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to renew, upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.

Necessary skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, account management or customer service (1 year).
• Confident communicating with existing business customers over the phone
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities
• Motivated and comfortable working towards targets

Job responsibilities

• Contact existing business customers by phone and email-no cold calling
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Identify renewal, upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Follow up with customers and manage ongoing sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support customer retention and business growth
