Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendance Officer to join a secondary school in Gloucester with an ASAP start. This is a key role within the pastoral and safeguarding structure of the school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily attendance, following up on absences, liaising with parents and carers, and supporting strategies to improve attendance and punctuality. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and senior leadership to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective intervention where necessary.
