The RoleAs a Concierge Team Member with a Food & Beverage focus, you will be one of the first points of contact for all guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional, consistent and welcoming experience. Alongside providing a high level of customer service, you will support the day-to-day Food & Beverage offering, serving shakes, soups, baked goods and other refreshments during studio hours. You will also work closely with the Kitchen Manager to support F&B ordering, health & safety compliance and waste management, helping to ensure the studio runs smoothly and maintains the brand’s premium standards at all times. Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annumFull-time: 40 hours per weekStart date: Monday, 23rd November 2026Weekend availability requiredLocation: Sloane SquareKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional guest experience and provide a warm, welcoming and professional first impression.Welcome guests and support them throughout their visit.Serve Food & Beverage offerings including shakes, soups, baked goods and other refreshments during studio hours.Support guests with bookings, class information, studio policies and general navigation of services.Manage guest enquiries and provide accurate information across relevant communication channels.Liaise with the wider team to resolve guest requests efficiently.Work closely with the Kitchen Manager on F&B ordering and stock requirements.Support health & safety compliance across the F&B offering.Assist with waste management and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment at all times.Support opening and closing procedures.Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across the studio as required.Help maintain the elevated service standards and overall guest experience of the brand.The PersonThe ideal candidate is warm, approachable and naturally people-focused, with a genuine passion for service and wellbeing.
