Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, placement, and relationship management.
This is a performance and KPI-driven role suited to an individual who is confident in outbound business development, candidate management, negotiation, and closing. You will be responsible for developing your own client pipeline while identifying and placing suitable candidates against live vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Client Acquisition
• Identify companies with active and recently advertised vacancies.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting to hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Generate new business through LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, social media, and other prospecting channels.
• Introduce recruitment services to prospective clients and secure new recruitment opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements, timelines, budgets, and candidate expectations.
• Negotiate recruitment terms and develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain an active and measurable business development pipeline.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct Boolean searches and targeted candidate research.
• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess experience, skills, salary expectations, availability, and suitability.
• Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Placement and Closing
• Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.
• Handle offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Address objections and manage counteroffers where required.
• Maintain regular communication with both parties until the placement is successfully completed.
• Follow up with clients and candidates after placement to maintain strong commercial relationships.
Requirements
• Previous experience in recruitment, 360 recruitment, staffing, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong business development and outbound prospecting capabilities.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn and job boards for client and candidate research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Commercially focused with the ability to close business.
• Highly organised and capable of independently managing multiple vacancies and candidates.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven and performance-focused environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Performance Expectations
This is a results-driven position. Consultants will be expected to maintain consistent business development activity, build a qualified client pipeline, source suitable candidates, manage active vacancies, and deliver successful placements.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, accountable, commercially focused, and capable of managing the complete recruitment cycle independently.
