£13.41 per hour We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing company based in Droitwich. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of warehouse, production, and stores duties within a fast-paced environment.
The position will initially involve cleaning out production vessels using a jet wash, alongside supporting the day-to-day operations of the stores department. Duties Include:

- Cleaning production vessels using a jet wash
- Moving stock between warehouses
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the stores department
- General warehouse and production duties
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous warehouse, stores, or manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
