Role Description
This is a full time, office based role in Newton Abbot for a Recruitment Resourcer.
The role will involve speaking with candidates and daily, sourcing suitable workers for live vacancies, conducting telephone interviews and registrations, and supporting the wider recruitment team with the full recruitment process. You will play a key part in helping fill vacancies quickly while delivering a professional and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
This is a fast paced role where no two days are the same, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within recruitment and sales.
What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
• Organised and able to work within a busy office environment
• Motivated, reliable, and team focused attitude
• Previous experience within sales, recruitment, or the construction sector is an advantage
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
