- Deliver HR business partnering to an Offering Portfolio within Technology and Transformation (T&T), working closely with the Senior HRBP to align to broader business priorities
- Partner directly with two Offering Leadership Teams (LTs) within the Offering Portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the people agenda. Act as the primary contact for each LT and senior stakeholders for all core HR cyclical activities with oversight from the Senior HRBP for complex cases and business wide activity
- Contribute to Offering LT discussions, proactively surfacing people insights, risks and opportunities. Build strong relationships across the Offerings, providing challenge, coaching and guidance on people matters with senior stakeholders
- Use data and analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and inform business decision making
- Drive delivery of core HR cyclical and strategic processes within the Offering (e.g. performance management, promotions, talent review, reward, engagement)
- Ensure end-to-end execution of HR processes, working with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations and shared services
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in how HR processes are delivered within T&T
- Support the Senior HRBP in the delivery of the T&T talent strategy, translating this into clear, actionable plans within the Offering Portfolio
- Collaborate across HR (HRD, CoEs, Operations) to ensure aligned delivery of the people agenda
- Monitor and manage people risks within the Offering Portfolio, using data and insight to inform decisions and escalate where appropriate
- Operate effectively within a complex, matrixed environment, adapting approach to meet differing business needs Relevant HR generalist knowledge gained in a HRBP or specialist HR capacity.
- Proven experience of owning and delivering HR business partnering for a defined client group, with accountability for outcomes and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with ability to tailor message and style appropriately to a senior stakeholder group; ability to win confidence quickly using simple business language and appropriate challenge will be key to success.
- Experience working in a highly commercial, fast-paced, complex and transformative environment.
- Experience in the provision of pro-active and customer centric advice, balancing consistency of approach and decision making with pragmatic commercially focussed solutions.
- Delivery focussed and able to demonstrate putting the customer at the heart of the experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment and relish working in a change environment while delivering to the business on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong Excel skills, able to interpret data and use this to spot trends and make considered decisions quickly and with confidence.
