Assistant Product Manager

JM Brands has an exciting entry-level opportunity for an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product Manager within the Home Fragrance department, working on Products and Packaging, in close collaboration with offshore factories, retailers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

This is an office-based role in central London.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Product Manager:

• Track and maintain accurate records of sample movements between internal teams, customers, and factories.
• Coordinate sample deliveries and collections via courier and in person to ensure samples are received and delivered on time.
• Review and process incoming samples (including Seal, Marketing and eCommerce), ensuring they are correctly labelled, photographed, and logged.
• Assist with the preparation of samples for internal and customer meetings.
• Ensure samples are stored correctly and the sample checking area is kept clean and organised.
• Create and maintain product documentation and trackers, ensuring information is accurately updated across internal, factory, and customer systems.
• Review, coordinate, and support the submission and approval process for print proofs and artwork.
• Provide administrative and operational support across the department as required.

• Experience working within a supplier or buying office environment is a plus
