We are pleased to be instructed by a leading full-service Central London law firm, with Partner profits exceeding £1M+, seeking to recruit a high-calibre Banking & Finance Partner to join its expanding practice. Following a period of significant growth over the past two years, both in terms of numbers and profitability, the firm has strengthened its position in the London market and continues to invest strategically in its core transactional teams.

The firm advises on a broad range of banking matters, including acquisition and project finance, structured finance, and asset-based lending. The successful candidate will benefit from an established client base, strong internal referral networks, and a collaborative environment that supports cross-practice integration.

With deep sector experience spanning luxury assets, retail, hotels and leisure sector, offices and real estate funds, the firm is known for delivering commercially astute and efficient solutions to a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideally suited to an entrepreneurial Partner of at least a few years, with a reasonable portable following. You will be working in a highly supportive and flexible environment where you will contribute to the continued growth of a highly regarded practice.
