Key Responsibilities:  

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Year 4 students, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence. 

- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate growth and achievement. 

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring a cohesive and enriching curriculum. 

- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity among students. 

- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders, building positive partnerships to support student learning and well-being.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably within a primary school setting. 

- Strong subject knowledge in English and mathematics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving excellent outcomes.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. 

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous improvement. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to work in the UK.
