Purpose of Role
To develop professional capability through the MWH Treatment Graduate Programme while supporting the successful delivery of business and project objectives in a collaborative, inclusive and safety-focused environment.
•Focus on treatment performance, optimisation and operational readiness.
•Supports process validation, data analysis and performance improvement.
•Support project and business objectives.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
•Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
•Build effective stakeholder relationships.
•Participate in training and development activities.
