Salary Range : M1 – M6

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years qualification.
• Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
