The Credit Controller duties include:
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment delays.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve queries related to accounts.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding debts and escalate issues where necessary.
- Contribute to improving processes to enhance efficiency in credit control.
