Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer - Kent Up to £22 per hour + Door-to-Door Travel (1.5x Overtime) The Opportunity We are working in partnership with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, who are continuing to grow their UK operations. Due to successful project wins and expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer to join their established team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that operates on a global scale, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple sectors. The Role You will be part of a dedicated commercial and industrial refrigeration division, supporting key clients within the food production and distribution sectors. Day-to-day, you will be working across fully operational production environments, focusing on:

- Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience
- F-Gas Certification (C&G 2079)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to develop within industrial refrigeration (if not already experienced)
Salary & Benefits Package
- £22 per hour (based on a 40-hour week)
- Door-to-door travel paid at 1.5x overtime rate
