What You’ll Do * Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full-time courses and apprenticeships * Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments * Support learners in developing industry-standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices * Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching * Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism * Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement What You’ll Bring * A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing * Gas competency * An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one * Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering * Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations * Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education * A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work ✨ Why Become a Lecturer?
