Working 25 hours per week, 44 weeks per year (term time + 4 weeks)
Hours 1pm – 6pm
Salary Scale L Point 1- 8;
£17,389- £19,469 per annum
The role within the school is a vital one and you will be responsible for maintaining the school site and the associated facilities.
We are looking for a talented and hardworking ‘Handy’ person to be part of our school community.
The successful applicant will have
• Good Maintenance skills in a range of areas
• Basic understanding of health and Safety
• A commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
Desirable qualifications include:
• Facilities management qualification
• Trade qualifications
• Understanding of COSH, Legionella and asbestos- however training will be provided
• English and Maths at least NVQ2
