Requirements

You will have 3​ National 4 qualification passes, to include English, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

​You will assist the teams by providing support and carrying out clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document processing, customer correspondence, and general office tasks. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of services across Benefit Delivery and Customer Services.

The Individual

​You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word, Excel, Teams. Experience of working in a customer, focused environment, experience handling routine enquiries and signposting customers along with experience accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple software systems or databases. You will have good communication skills - both written and verbal, analytical skills with the ability to organise own workload, use initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. You will understand the importance of confidentiality, pleasant, friendly and outgoing nature. An interest of working with people along with honest, reliable and calm disposition. A satisfactory level 1 Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
