You will also manage a caseload of students, providing support through both group tutorials and one-to-one mentoring.
The successful applicant will build positive relationships with students, helping them overcome barriers and maintain high standards, while tracking and monitoring student progress, including attendance, academic performance, behaviour, and engagement, identifying concerns early and providing timely support to help students succeed.
