You’ll join one of the firm’s key growth areas, supporting a busy Commercial Property team that’s continuing to expand as part of wider investment across the business. Rather than being treated as an extra pair of hands, you’ll become an important member of a close-knit team, working alongside a solicitor and paralegal in your own mini pod and playing a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly.

From your first day, you’ll support a wide range of Commercial Property matters, assisting with client communication, transaction management and file progression while developing your technical knowledge of property law. Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a legal support role (Essential)
• Commercial Property experience (Essential)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive firm

What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day support to the Commercial Property team
• Assisting solicitors and paralegals with transactional work
• Helping progress Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Managing files and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Providing administrative and matter management support across the department
• Working closely within a dedicated pod alongside a solicitor and paralegal
