This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. You'll need availability across 3-4 days per week including Wednesday, Friday and weekends. Shifts run from early starts at 7:00am to late finishes at 8:30pm. Morning shifts will play a key role in setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing.

• Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with customers and clearly convey information.  
• Effective Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing customer questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.  
• Eagerness to Learn: A keen interest in ongoing learning and professional development.  
• Target Focus: Recognises the importance of setting and achieving targets in a retail setting to enhance business performance.  
• Teamworking: Understands the significance of collaboration and teamwork in providing excellent customer service and reaching Pet Care Centre goals.  
• Flexibility, Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekend and some bank holidays
