Customer Service Adviser

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our growing Customer Services team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey with us, resolving queries, processing documentation and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.

• Assisting customers with policy queries, payments, address changes and general account servicing.

• Managing customer requests efficiently while delivering excellent service levels.

• Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Liaising with insurers and internal departments to resolve outstanding queries.

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

• Supporting the wider administration and customer support teams when required.

• Previous customer service, administration or contact centre experience would be advantageous.
