About the Role : As a Year 5 Teacher & Subject Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences while also taking on leadership responsibilities within your subject area. You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire both students and colleagues, driving forward excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence
