GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are looking to appoint Early Years Practitioners for schools in Barnsley . We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who can create engaging learning experiences while supporting children's early development in a safe and nurturing environment.

The EYP role offers the opportunity to encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence during the most important stages of their development.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote early learning and development
* Support children's social, emotional, physical, and communication skills
* Observe, monitor, and record children's progress to inform future learning
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Prepare stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration and play
* Ensure children's wellbeing by following safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Early Years Practitioner Requirements:

* Experience working with young children in an early years or school setting
* Good understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
