A long-established Yorkshire law firm is seeking to appoint a Private Client Fee Earner to its South Elmsall office. This is a key appointment within a close-knit team that prides itself on client care, consistency, and community reputation.

You’ll step into an established caseload and benefit from both support and autonomy, with plenty of scope to develop the department over time.

The Role

Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills and providing inheritance tax advice
• Estate administration from instruction through to completion
• Preparing LPAs and associated documentation
• Handling client enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Liaising with clients, executors, and third parties
• Getting involved in local networking and business development if desire

About You

• Experienced in handling or assisting with private client work
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner
• Client focused, organised, and confident managing matters independently
• Comfortable within a high street or community based practice
