About the Role
Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across a variety of adult medical and surgical wards at Glan Clwyd Hospital . We have flexible agency shifts available, giving you the freedom to choose when you work while earning competitive rates of pay.

As a General Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care to adult patients. You will work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, providing outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to adult patients.
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and hospital policies.
* Monitor patients' conditions, recognise deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation.
* Support patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
* Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Promote patient dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Adhere to infection prevention, safeguarding and clinical governance policies.

Essential Requirements

* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
* Minimum of 6 months' recent UK adult nursing experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Ability to provide satisfactory employment references.
* Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete).
