We are partnering with our client, a respected organisation in the Financial Services sector, to recruit a Senior Funds Officer based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This is a permanent opportunity to become a key member of our client’s team, contributing to the effective management and administration of their fund structures and helping to deliver high-quality service to investors and stakeholders.

- Financial Services experience – Ability to operate confidently within regulated environments, understanding industry standards, governance expectations, and operational requirements associated with funds.
- Sector awareness – Strong grasp of the broader Financial Services landscape, including market trends and regulatory developments, enabling you to support robust fund administration decisions.
- Stakeholder interaction – Capability to work closely with investors, advisers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination across our client’s team.
- Analytical mindset – Competence in interpreting financial information, identifying risks, and supporting accurate reporting for fund structures.

What you’ll do
- Support the day-to-day administration of fund structures within the Financial Services sector.
- Assist with the preparation and review of fund-related documentation and reporting.

- Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding fund administration matters.
