The successful candidate will be an important member of a Value Stream leadership team in the UK, based in Wolverhampton and with frequent travel to an international customer base across Europe and the US. Responsibilities: Lead quarterly business reviews with key customers, ensuring delivery of programme outcomes, risks, and opportunities Own programme P&L, oversee multiple vendors, and support contract negotiations and compliance Drive governance and performance excellence across programmes, ensuring delivery to the highest standards Identify issues and implement solutions, including resource allocation and coordinated customer responses Champion continuous improvement and best practice across each value stream Contribute to strategic planning and mid-term business goals, supporting business development activities Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
