Support Worker

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

We are looking for a proactive and flexible administrator to join our busy team. If you are highly motivated, love variety in your work, and can confidently manage changing priorities both in a team and on your own initiative, we would like to hear from you!

You should be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities.

Your duties would include:

• Providing admin assistance to the Building Control to ensure the effective delivery of statutory services, accurate data input, document and information maintenance
• Communicating with customers and other members of the public regarding processes and procedures
• Managing and monitoring the service’s CRM function,
• Responding to requests arising from local land searches
• Administering the processes in relation to fee income and various other administrative duties.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

You should be a confident communicator, proactive and organised, keen to learn and build strong internal and external relationships and motivated by helping others. You should have the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative to meet tight deadlines.

You should also have a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
