Sales Support Administrator job description:
- Process spare parts orders and quotations using SAP, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and address any delays or issues.
- Respond to customer queries and provide updates on order statuses.
- Generate invoices and manage order documentation through SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address any supply chain challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in the spares management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
