Registered Manager - Children's Home Team

- Manage all aspects of home operations including safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and implementing the Statement of Purpose.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.
- Handle budgeting, rosters, recruitment, and staff training.
- Embed the Secure Base model and Trauma-informed practices, ensuring all care is centred around the young people's needs.
