This independent specialist school supports students aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school delivers personalised learning based on each student's EHCP, helping them develop essential academic and life skills for long-term success. About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students regulate emotions and improve behaviour. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will promote positive behaviour strategies and ensure students feel supported throughout their educational journey.
