Audit & Accounts Manager / Senior Manager (RI)

Role Overview

* Lead a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients from planning through to completion
* Manage complex audit assignments including group audits and owner-managed businesses
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing commercial and practical advice
* Review work, oversee quality standards and support audit compliance
* Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the audit team
* Support business development, networking and identifying opportunities to add value to clients.

The Ideal Candidate

* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Strong experience managing audit assignments within a UK accountancy practice
* Comfortable reviewing files and maintaining high technical standards
* Confident building lasting client relationships and communicating commercial advice
* Ambitious, proactive and interested in progressing towards Responsible Individual status
* Enjoys working within a collaborative team and supporting the development of others.

* £70,000 - £80,000 base salary
