The Role You'll be supporting children throughout the EYFS, helping to create positive learning experiences through play, exploration and daily routines. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Encouraging communication, language development and early literacy skills
- Assisting with phonics foundations, number awareness and play-based learning activities
- Helping children develop confidence, independence and positive social skills
- Supporting daily routines including mealtimes, outdoor learning and transitions throughout the day
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND, where required
- Flexible work, choose where and when you work
- Paid weekly, helping you plan ahead with confidence

- Understanding of children's individual needs, including SEND
- Reliable, adaptable and passionate about supporting children's development
- Committed to creating positive early learning experiences
- Passport / proof of right to work in the UK
- Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, council tax bill or P45/P60
- CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
- Two years of references, including childcare references where applicable
- Overseas Police Check if you've lived abroad for three months or more in the last five years
