Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Duty & Assessment Team at Rochdale.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team at the front door of Children's Services, where you'll play a key role in safeguarding children and supporting families at the point they need it most.What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake Child and Family Assessments.
- Complete Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries.
- Manage a varied caseload of children and families.
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure effective safeguarding interventions.
- Attend strategy meetings, child protection conferences and legal proceedings where required.
- Produce clear, analytical and child-focused assessments and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration.
- Qualified Social Worker status.
- Previous experience within Children's Services, ideally in Assessment, Duty, Safeguarding or Front Door teams.
- Enhanced DBS.
